Chairman

Salis G. Muhammad

Salis G Muhammad is the Chairman of the SPDC Group. He co-founded PTS in 1988. Mr Muhammad has over 30 years experience in Architectural, Real estate, Business management and Technology industries. He has held multiple high profile positions in Architectural projects across Nigeria, ranging from Chief Architect, Construction Supervision and managing complex project roll-outs. Mr Muhammad applies his leadership skills, operational expertise and technical knowledge to strengthen SPDC and SPDC’s subsidiaries. As a graduate architect, Mr Muhammad worked directly with the Chief Architect of Kano State, Ministry of Works, overseeing construction works in Kano Metropolis.Mr. Muhammad served his NYSC as the site architect on the Agbowo Shopping Complex and the Low Cost Housing Schedule for Unity Party of Nigeria (UPN). Mr Muhammad has a Masters of Science (Msc) Degree in Architecture from Ahmadu Bello University, Nigeria.

Managing Director

Idris W. Othman

Idris Othman co-founded PTS Ltd in 1988.

AS CEO/MD, Mr. Othman is responsible for the performance of PTS, as dictated by the board’s overall strategy. He is responsible for directing strategy towards the profitable growth.

He served his NYSC with Mubeco International Limited where through skilful dedication; he rose to the position of Managing Director. After 2 years as MD, he incorporated PTS Ltd to offer consultancy, procurement and system integration services.

Mr. Othman also serves as a Director at ACI Insurance Brokers and NYLA Transport Limited.

Mr.Othman has a Business Administration Degree from the Ahamadu Bello University, Nigeria

General Manager

Abu Shugeyi

Abu Shugeyi coordinates the delivery of project objectives in accordance with client specifications, timelines and budgets.

A talented and ambitious project manager who has the required training, skills and a comparable work experience to a higher standard.

Abu has a track record of achievement and well knowledgeable in finance and marketing. He had a career shift from finance and marketing to project management. He had acquired several training in project management which makes him stand out in ensuring project are delivered to the highest quality, within budget by effectively organizing, managing and utilizing all resources. Always wanting to be involved in all aspects of the project life-cycle, he can deliver high value project in a matrix organization across geographies.

Abu has over 15 years work experience spanning across Multinational companies, banking, marketing and business development sectors.

He holds a B.Sc in Agricultural-Economics and Extension, MBA in Business Administration and a certificate in Project Management.

He possesses relevant professional as well as hands-on experience of over 18 years gained through a sustained career in the Information and Communication Technology sector, and undertaken courses acquiring certification in CCNA with further Courses in Institutional Project Planning, Budgeting, Monitoring and Evaluation Systems for Organizations’ Performance as well as Advance Network Administration and Information Security Management; therefore acquiring valuable skills and insights into developing and implementing programs/projects and project management.

A vast career in the ICT industry started with Socketworks Nig. Limited, as Network Engineer, System Administrator and Support Staff on School students Registration portal projects at various institutions, 2005–2011; and Socketworks Global Limited, as Resident Representative FRSC Driver’s License Project, Abuja, 2011–2013.

Pure Technical Services, 2013 to date, as Regional Manager/Senior Technical Support Engineer, FCT/NORTH CENTRAL REGION, and currently he is the Project Manager/Technical Support Manager.

With personal qualities such as good communication skills, a good human/conflict manager, his ability to work with little supervision either in a team or individually, and a healthy interpersonal relationship, goal oriented with excellent computer skills as well as the ability to work accurately under pressure; coupled with a seasoned career in such esteemed organizations and responsibilities through various positions held; he is able to balance multiple competing priorities, whilst still achieving strict deadlines for completing assignments.

At leisure, he loves Researching, Watching Documentaries on Nature, surfing the internet, Travelling, Meeting People and Playing Basketball.
